This saturday we got to have a great family day that dustins command put together, Gabriel got to go up the rock wall for the very first time. He took to it like a pro!!! he amazes me!!

A few new Milestones

There have been a few new milestones in the house since our 4th of July holiday.. We now have crawlers and standers in the house!! The twins love pulling up on their toys.. still not sure how to get back down once they've gotten up there Ha Ha!! but they are mobile non the less!! its getting fun watching them follow their older brother and sister around the house!

And My big boy has lost his first tooth!!! The tooth fairy has paid us her first visit!! or "his" since he's the one that put the money there.... tee hee... and the second one is not far behind.. soon both bottom teeth will be gone and the grown up one's showing up... *sigh* he's getting so big!! my man will be starting 1st grade in less then a month! just can't beleive it!!

My new goal is to post every sunday night on our weeks happenings since so much happens here in just a few days hahahaha!! wish me luck with that.. *wink*

Our 4th of July was so awsome!! we got to spend it in Utah with Family! it was wonderful!! Lots of good food and fun times!!

Pinecone's and Waterslides

Well summer has offically begun!!! Dustin's command has been amazing to us and bought us a waterslide for our back yard.. we got to start playing on that!! It was wonderful!! Here are some pics of how much fun!!

Liberty got hit in the head on sunday by a metal baseball bat, a complete accident, bless the little boys heart. He felt so horrible he made her some brownies.. She has a slight fracture of her eye orbit just under the eyebrow, nothing they can do about that it will just have to heal on its own.. her eye is fine under all that swolleness. but the doctor said it will take 5-7 days for the sweeling to go away compeletly, and almost 2 full months before all the discoloration will be gone.. *sigh* my poor baby girl.

Sea World

Sea World was AMAZING!!!! The kids had just a blast! and we had a great family day and made lots of wonderful memories there. Liberty had her first experience with cotton candy.. haha!! it didn't go so well, she doesn't like it, well, in her mouth anyways.. haha!! she LOVED playing with it in her fingers, but decided that to put it in her mouth was just not okay... what a cutie!

The Twins just chilled in their car seats most of the time, didn't do much, didn't really have to much of a care in the world, as long as they were fed and changed they were good.... We got the most awsome seats in the shamu show.. center stage and in the soak zone!! We got it good!! They even said up on their oversized tv's that we have been warned HA!! so awsome! There was a psycho sea lion out that day, he was all over the tank playing and jumping and sliding across the rocks and stuff, needless to say he felt pretty good I guess... what a good day! At the end of the day the kiddos were pooped... but very happy

Another day in Paradise

Its another day in paradise here, I took the twins to the bedroom to get dressed and realized all their clean clothes were in the dryer, so I set them both in alexis's crib and ran to the laundry room, came back to find this.. So I wrapped em up and left em there.. Hahaha! Apperantly it was nap time...

Liberty is loving her Birthday present from her Nana, and playing mommy now and pushing her babies about it so cute!

The Twins are getting more playful now and really having a good time. So the front room is now their persona play area.. Good times!

A day of milestones!!

So we have had a day of milestones today!!! Our big girl Alexis is holding her bottle!! yay!! One down and one to go! Ha!! Grace not so interested in doing that yet.... but it will come in time, of that I have no doubt...

Then Liberty has taken a likeing to trying to put her shoes on herself, she is getting pretty good at it to.. its kinda nice I must say she is such a big girl

Liberty and I were have a silly girl day today as well. So we played with the camera a little bit and said "cheese!"

And then Gabriel and Liberty were having some wind down time in front of the t.v this afternoon and the love is just self explanitory here... They do love each other. I believe Liberty would follow Gabriel to the ends of the earth and back if they could...

I hope it lasts........

And finally today.. Grace apperantly thought that Alexis's bouncing was hilarious.. Ha!! so she was laughing at her today.. it seems to be their thing.. Alexis will do something that just makes Grace break out into laughter, it makes the days very fun here.. Enjoy the video.

My Liberty is 2 years old now!!! She had a good birthday!! Alot of things have happened in 2 years.. we had our beautiful Liberty, and then somewhere the whirlwind started! We found out that mommy was pregnant again......Then mommy found out it was Twins!! Then we moved across the country..... Then mommy went on bed rest and aunt Callie and cousin Ivy came to stay for a little while...... Then these 2 new babies came home!!! and its just been crazy ever since! My goodness hope I can remember anything from these 2 years... Ha!! No, I got it under control! I have TONS of pictures to look back on..... Here are a few....

Gabriels Awsome Weekend!!!

Gabriel learned to ride his bike with out training wheels this weekend he was so excited... Of course he learned to do it without daddy's help Ha!!! Dustin took the wheels off and the next thing we knew Gabriel was gone!!! He's growing up so fast! Him and Grace had a bonding moment as well.. She was having so much fun with him!! Just screaming and laughing it was just adorable so we got some footage Hahaha!!!

Sunny days

Its getting sunny and nice outside so the girls have gotten to enjoy the fun sun dresses that their Oma sent all the girls. The twins have taken to a new very adorable habit of holding hands when they are next to each other, lets hope it lasts. Ha!

Liberty is still not extreamly thrilled with having pictures taken with her sisters, but she is getting used to it slowly, but they all have the same beautiful sundress and a picture was just unavoidable haha!! to much cuteness in all these girls!

The Twins have started enjoying playtime quite a bit!! Alexis here preferes the exersaucer. she has a pretty good time.

Grace Enjoys the Jumperoo, more so for chewing on then jumping really haha!!! But just cuteness non the less!

And Dustin and I got to spoil ourselves this year and got a brand new bedroom! We are very happy with our purchase, and have slept much better on our brand new mattress. It has been very nice to spoil ourselves this year.

The girls were just relaxing on my bed the other day just as content as could be so I took a few pictures, they are getting so much fun! they have such funny personalities its a blast! it will be entertaining when they start moving and crawling Ha!

So we danced away our rainy day, its hard to have rainy days and cold windy days, we get all couped up and ancy, with a little cabin fever added onto it.. Haha! so we danced.. and loved it!

By sheer Coinsedence!! all the 3 girls got the same pajama's as presents! so we put em all in the same thing and took a stinkin' cute picture.. Oh for goodness sakes! what a cute bunch of girls!

In other news... Grace got refered to a dermatologist for her eczima, it's just completly out of control, causing her quite a bit of discomfort, so we will see what that doctor has to say when we finally get in there. We are trying an alternative way to see if it works...it's called alkaline water. I had never heard of it before this weekend, so we are giving it a try, we'll see how it goes.

Our Liberty is showing interest in the potty!!! Yay!! so we started introducing that this weekend, we shall see how quickly she starts to get it....

Getting Exciting Around Here

Sorry its been a few days things have been kinda nuts!! Alexis has started rolling from her front to her back and manages to land on her sister every time! haha!!

Let the games begin! They both love playing with the red birdie and I only have one... Oi so sharing is going to have to start early.. Guess we'll see, cause so far its not going so hot. ha! someone always ends up with hurt feelings... Ahh sisterly love.....

This is the aftermath of Grace and Alexis with their Peas.. They did pretty good they are enjoying this spoon feeding buisness, and Mommy is getting quite a bit more sleep at night with them enjoying some solids its been nice. And OH MY those blue eyes! Such pretty little ones!

Gabriel got a guitar for christmas, so now him and dustin play together it really is very adorable, its unfortunatly a toy one so it doesn't tune well, so hopefully if he keeps showing interest in it we will get him a real one thats his size to keep playing on.

Liberty is just Living up her cuteness as much as she can. I love her pigtails, she's such a cutie, an extreamly busy cutie, but a cutie non the less, she is coming up on being ready to potty train, so she will have her own potty seat very very soon. It will be nice to have another one out of diapers.

So after nap time this is what our beautiful toddler looks like! Haha!! but she loves the cat when he's on his tower so there she is up on it with him, loving on him.

Grace was feeling particularly photogenic today... everytime I pulled the camera out she would get oh so very excited about it.. so I got a little camera happy with her! She is currently in hats and cloves to stop her scratching though, due to some eczima issues, BUT we are almost over them YAY!!! Keep up the good work grace!!

The twins found each other quite fasinating the other day. and found out they were great conversation with each other Ha!! so we got some talk time on video..... Enjoy :-)

Zuess and Funny Big Brother

So today was just beautiful and so the kids got turned loose into the backyard. As did zuess who really needed the sun shine. The kids enjoy petting his shell and watching him eat the grass they it is fascinating Ha!! But this is his size now..

A good day!

So the twins slept all night!! Yay! Which for a change I had all kinds of energy and completly took my house back. Ha!! it was a disaster I hated it! Well so now that I have taken my house back, and the sun was shining all day, the kids got to go out and play outside and get their cabin fever out of their systems, it was just so beautiful today. And the twins also got to go outside with me and spend some time in the sun on a blanket it was quiet nice. So at the end of a really nice day, we enjoyed Shells 'n Cheese on paper plates and had a giggle fest, seen in the video below. Liberty felt she needed to help with a bottle. Haha!! Not sure how sitting on the table helped to much though.

And Gabriel thought his beans were fun to play with tonight. And Alexis sure enjoyed being at the table with us...

All in all it was a good day!

What a day.....

Our day started out silly with Gabriel and Alexis hanging out on the couch. It continued on with very little excitment, but that unfortunatly didn't last long... Ha! Soon Grace's hard day started all over again, and we continued on with rocking and bouncing for most of the day. I am going to be trying to get a doctors appointment for her tommorow along with Liberty to get her eye looked at. Since Gabriel so lovingly smacked her in the eye today and it began to bleed.. *sigh*

So the middle of the consisted with a nap on the floor for the twins, and myself keeping a close eye on Liberty's injured eye to make sure it doesn't get worse, and laying with her on the couch, and given that Liberty is an unbeleivably violent sleeper the nap did not go well for mommy.

The day ended with Alexis yelling at Gabriel, demonstrated in the video. She just had to tell him all about her very hard day, and how sore her legs most likely are..... *sigh* I'm glad the day is over and I hope that tommorow is better.

Grace had decided that it was a good day and wanted to tell Alexis all about it, and she just focused on her face and listened so very cute. Life is pretty good for these 2. Except for their shots yesterday, that was a little traumatic. They adore their older brother to peices just as much as he adores them.

An Official update!! and New years resolution!

Okay I TOTALLY promise to blog a heck of alot more! that is one of my new years resolutions! Now to update since my last blog!!

We have made it to sunny California!! and The twins arrived Safely on Sept. 9th 2008. Alexis had no problems upon arrival but Grace needed a stay in the NICU Before she got to come.. as you can see they are both doing fantastic now.. Grace had a serious bout with eczima, but we have found the problem and fixed it and now have it under control. We had and AMAZING christmas we got to go home to utah and spend it with family, and that was just fantastic! Everyone got completly spoiled! so there is an update. I will blog a whole lot more now! I think I have figured out how to use it now HAHAHA!!

We are a United States Navy Family. Dustin serves his country with great pride. He is a Corpsman, and hopefully in the next few years he will be in medical school earning his degree at the University of Utah... We are in Virginia right now, but soon to be in california. We have 2 kids Gabriel, and Liberty and they are just a joy,with our 3rd on the way!!! Dustin has been to iraq twice, and we are pretty sure that a 3rd is on the horizon for us. Jennifer had Gastric bypass in Jan of 2005, and weighed in at very high number of 302 pounds on Jan. 25th.. She is now extreamly healthy at 150 pounds.. and is completly in IN LOVE with her new look... It was not an easy road but would do it again in a heartbeat! There's a sum up of the van Bree's, any questions.. don't hesitate to ask.. :-)
